Lobster Ravioli with champagne cream sauce and caramelized fennel
(Paired with either a French 75, Chateau Fage Bordeaux, Dei Montepulciano, or any craft draft)
Course 3 – Choice of:
Braised short rib with whipped parsnip, broccolini, and a red wine-cocoa demi-glace

Seared ahi tuna with white bean puree, Napa cabbage, and ginger-sake sauce

Spiced Tofu with white bean puree, Napa cabbage, and ginger-sake sauce
(Paired with either an Old Fashioned cocktail, Martin Ray chardonnay, Browne Heritage cabernet, or any craft draft)
Course 4 – Choice Of:
Red velvet cheesecake with chocolate graham cracker crust and white chocolate mousse

Brown butter mille feuille with ginger creme patisserie and tamari pecan toffee
